试论现行行政公文格式——兼比较内地与港、台现行公文格式

摘　　要：公文格式是公文实现规范化、制度化、科学化的重要保证。十六大格式是内地现行公文格式项目。目前 ,台湾公文有十个格式项目 ;香港公文格式包括八个部分。内地与港、台在公文格式上主要差别表现在标题和正文的内容结构上。内地与港、台的公文格式一脉相承 ,大同小异 ,彼此有许多值得参考借鉴的地方。要正确使用公文格式 ,必须辨析其重点、难点 ,澄清疑点。A form of an official document is an important quarantee to achieve scientifically the standarization and systematization of the form.The 16 kinds of forms are the present forms of an official document in the mainland.At present there are ten kinds of forms of an official document in Taiwan and eight kinds of forms in Hong Kong.The main differences between Mainland and the latter are the headlines and the content structure of the main body.The forms in mainland,Hong kong and Taiwan can be traced to the same origin and there are more Similarities than dissimilarities.Many things can be used for reference from one another.
