摘　　要：为节约水资源,设计出一种家用循环用水除尘洗车器,它采用吸水腔、吸水管及干湿两用电机等回收污水并过滤循环使用。喷头包含出水管、吸水管、吸水腔、软毛刷及密封外圈,可高压喷水、清洗及吸水。过滤系统由转鼓和两层筛网组成,能迅速滤清污水。该洗车器还具有吸尘功能,且通过气泵及水泵可实现水气混合喷射和轮胎充气。控制系统以AT89S52单片机为核心,温度控制保证冬天洗车水温适宜,液位控制电路在水箱水位低于设定值时自动关闭水泵并报警。该循环用水洗车器可有效降低洗车耗水量。To save water resources, household car- washing set was designed for dust clean by using re- cycling water. The system comprised of suction sink, pipe and dry/wet alternate motor to filter and reuse the waste water. The nozzle consisted of water outlet pipe, suction pipe, suction sink, soft brush and out- er rubber ring. The set has functions of high - pressure water spray, dust clean and water recycling. The filtering system was composed with a drum and two layers of screen mesh, which can rapidly filter the waste water. The car - washing set also has ability to clean the floor of both car and room. The set reali- zes gas- liquid mix -spray and tyre inflation through the air pump and water pump. An AT89S52 single -chip was used to control the system to ensure appropriate water temperature for winter washing. When the water level is lower than the preset scale, the water pump will be automatically shut off with the alarming circuit. The as -designed set can effectively reduce the pollution and consumption.
