摘　　要：我国职业体育俱乐部越轨行为主要包括对运动员的越轨行为、对联赛关联方的越轨行为、对政府的越轨行为和对社会的越轨行为;其产生的主要原因与我国正处于社会转型期,相关制度与联赛规范体系不健全有关。因此,应制订相应的法律控制措施来完善、规范职业体育俱乐部。如修订、完善职业联赛规范体系,明确职业体育俱乐部的权利,强化职业体育俱乐部的法律意识,发挥法律的内在控制作用。The deviant behaviors of the Chinese professional clubs refer to those of players,troupes,governmental agencies and social bodies during the social transformations.Therefore,it is significant to make laws to standardize the sports clubs,such as,revising the system of the troupes,clarifying the obligations of the sports clubs,strengthening the legal awareness,and enhancing the internal functions of the laws.
