黄缘盒龟年龄与生长形态的关系

摘　　要：对7～12龄黄缘盒龟群体的年龄和生长进行了研究.黄缘盒龟的生长方程为W=-1284.832+0.859A+43.727LD+46.001WD+2.237LV+17.81WV+77.091H(r=0.915),P<0.001,背甲长与背甲宽的线性方程为LD=1.473+0.974WD(r=0.843),P<0.001.黄缘盒龟的年龄(A)与体质量(W)、背甲长(LD)、背甲宽(WD)、体高(H)、腹甲长(LV)、腹甲宽(WV)呈显著正相关,但是相关系数均小于0.900.不同年龄段黄缘盒龟的生长速度不同.除腹甲宽,10～11龄的黄缘盒龟相对增长率增长较快,其体质量增长率达19.58%,即增长了125.88 g.7～11龄黄缘盒龟存在体质量快速增长的特征.Age and shape of growth were investigated in Cistoclemmys flavomarginata at 7~12 years old.The results indicated that the turtle had a growth curve of W =-1284.832＋0.859A＋43.727LD＋46.001WD＋2.237LV＋17.81WV＋77.091H（r=0.915）,P0.001.The relationships between carapace length（LD） and carapace width（WD） were LD=1.473＋0.974WD（r=0.843）,P0.001.There were significant positive correlation between age（A） and weight（W）,carapace length（LD）,carapace width（WD）,body height（H）,plastron length（LV） and plastron width（WV）,but the correlation coefficient was smaller than 0.900.The turtle had differentgrowth rates at different ages.There were high relative growth at 10~11 years old except plastron width（WV）.The growth rate was 19.58% at 10~11 years old in body weight,that is,the body weight added by more 125.88 g.The absolute growth was very high at 10~11 years old in body weight.
