摘  要:采用水热合成法,以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和NH4VO3为原料,制备可见光催化剂钒酸铋(BiVO4),通过XRD、SEM、EDS等手段对样品进行表征.结果表明,在水热合成体系中,通过改变反应物的量和添加一定的试剂以及改变水热反应的时间,可以控制界面的张力,进而影响晶体的生长,得到了哑铃形、球形、束状、棒状、片状、花状及块状等不同形貌的BiVO4.最后以罗丹明B为降解对象对BiVO4的光催化性能进行了研究,得出在可见光条件下BiVO4具有较好的催化活性.Novel BiVO4 photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and NH4VO3 as raw materials.The samples were determined by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and EDS etc.The results showed that the interfacial tension can be controlled and the growth of crystals can be affected by changing the reaction volume and adding some reagents as well as changing hydrothermal reaction time in the synthesis system.The dumbbell,spherical,fasciculate,rod,sheet,flower and block shape of BiVO4 were synthesized in the experiment.As a degradation object,Luo DanMing B has been degradated under the exist of BiVO4 photocatalyst in visible light.It was showed that BiVO4 has a good catalytic activity.
