摘　　要：观念现代化是指人的思想方式及价值观念转化的现代化过程,在这一转化过程中,观念创新是人的观念现代化的根本来源,观念适应是人的观念现代化的自调机制,观念交流是人的观念现代化的促进因素,三者在一定程度上构成了人的观念现代化的动力因素。People＇s concept of modernization is a collection of people and their way of thinking, cognitive concepts, practical ideas, val- ues and mental state from the traditional to the modern dynamic process of change. In this process of change, the concept of innovation is one of the fundamental concepts of modern sources. The concept of adaptation is the concept of modern human self - adjusting mech- anism. Exchange of ideas is a human factor in promoting the concept of modern. Three to some extent constitutes a person＇s concept of modern power factor.
