摘　　要：解放战争时期和新中国成立初期,为配合人民解放战争及新中国建设,全国先后有十几个批次、近20万南下地方干部,他们撇家舍业、风餐露宿,为开辟新解放区和社会主义建设事业贡献了一生。"天池部队"作为晋冀鲁豫中原局筹备的第一批南下干部群体,在山西完成组建后随刘邓大军南下,在大别山根据地重建过程中,充分发扬了顾全大局、勇于牺牲、乐于奉献的"南下精神",克服陌生语言、异乡习俗、险恶敌情等重重困难,在宣传革命思想、改善根据地民生、加强社会管理等方面做出了突出的历史贡献。To cope with the peopleg war of liberation and new China~ construction, there were ten several batches, nearly 200000 south local cadres who response to the party~ call, left their homes, living in the streets and going hungry, to open up new liberated areas and the socialist construction cause a lifetime contribution during the War of liberation and new China period. TianChi Army which is the first batch south cadre group for research center, through to the south of cadres of the historical background, compilation is composed, historical mission and so on, in memory of the revolutionary group. All the overall situation, the arduous struggle, with the courage to sacrifice, dedicated ＂south spirit＂ at the same time, to highlight the theyi＇e moving and support the front, improving the people＇s liveli- hood, consolidate the new liberated areas, etc to make unique and great contributions.
