摘 要:湿化器是湿空气透平循环的关键部件之一。为研究新型填料对湿化性能的影响,搭建了填料湿化器实验台。对不同气速、液气比等工况下,TC-1型填料和常规规整填料的填料层压降、液泛特性和气相传质单元高度进行了对比实验。研究发现TC-1的填料层压降约为规整填料的2倍,泛点气速约为规整填料的50%,而气相传质单元高度不高于规整填料的36.8%,表明TC-1的通量虽低于后者,但传热传质性能显著提高。对2种填料的综合性能分析表明TC-1的毎传质单元压降较规整填料降低约40%,性能优势明显。Humidifier is one of the key units in humid air turbine cycle.An experimental facility for packing humidifier was built in order to study the affection of novel packing on humidification.The pressure drop,flooding properity and height of gas-phase mass transfer unit for TC-1 and traditional structured packing were tested at different gas velocity and water/air ratio.For TC-1,the pressure drop is about 2 times,the flooding gas velocity is 50%,and the height of gas-phase mass transfer unit is no more than 36.8% of structured packing,which show that although TC-1 has low capacity,but its heat and mass transfer performance improves greatly.The comprehensive performance analysis of two packing show pressure drop of every mass transfer unit for TC-1 decreases about 40% than structure packing.
