摘  要:采用粉末冶金与造孔技术相结合的方法成功制备出具有双孔径分布的高孔隙率镍钛毛细芯。研究NaCl添加量及钛含量对毛细芯微观结构及毛细抽吸性能的影响。分析多孔芯中的热传递机制并提出了一种在不产生负面影响的前提下降低金属毛细芯导热系数的新方法。结果表明,增加NaCl添加量可提高镍钛芯的抽吸性能,而钛含量的增加对其影响较小。当NaCl添加量相同时,镍钛芯中的固溶度随着钛含量的增加而增大,进而导致镍钛毛细芯的导热系数明显低于纯镍芯且随着钛含量的增加而大幅下降。镍钛芯不仅具备普通镍芯良好的多孔形成能力和制备工艺简易等优点,同时具备良好的导热系数可调节性,进而为复合结构毛细芯的研制提供了参考。High porosity biporous Ni-Ti capillary wicks for loop heat pipes were successfully fabricated by powder metallurgy technology coupled with salt-leaching pore forming method.The influences of NaCl and Ti addition on the microstructure characteristics and the capillary pumping performance of sintered porous wicks were investigated.The heat transfer mechanism in porous wicks was analyzed and a novel method was developed to reduce the thermal conductivity of metallic wicks without generating negative effects.The results indicate that the capillary pumping performance was obviously improved by increasing NaCl addition,but hardly by Ti contents.With the same NaCl addition,the thermal conductivity of Ni-Ti wicks was lower than that of pure nickel wicks and was significantly reduced with increasing Ti contents,which can be mainly attributed to the increased solid solubility with increasing Ti addition.It is suggested that Ni-Ti wicks not only keep the merits of nickel wicks,such as good pore-forming ability and easy sintering process,but also exhibit excellent thermal conductivity controllability,which provide valuable information for the study of composite wicks.
