摘 要:为了解决陕北油田现用原油破乳剂脱水率低、污水含油和悬浮物多等问题,合成TA4812和AP442两种新破乳剂单剂,并与助剂ECH用不同比例复配,用陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油,在55℃,破乳剂总用量100 mg.L-1,脱水时间6 h,TA4812、AP442与ECH复配比例为4:1时,脱水率最高,分别达到96.7%和97.7%;对子长原油,在65℃,破乳剂总用量200 mg.L-1,脱水时间6 h,TA4812与ECH复配比例为4:1、AP442与ECH复配比例为2:3时,脱水率最高,达到98.3%。In order to solve the problems that dehydration rate of the demulsifier is low, oil and suspended matter is much in wastewater separated from the oil emulsion by using demulsifiers,TA4812 and AP442 are newly synthesized, to combine with ECH with different proportion. Dehydration experiments of the combinational demulsifiers have done at 55 ℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 100·L^-1 for Hezhuangping crude oil and at 65℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 200 ·L^-1for the Zi Chang crude oil in northern Shaanxi oil fields by the Bottle test method for the demulsification performance of crude oil de- mulsifers SY/T 5281-2000. The results show that for Hezhuangping crude oil, the dehydration ratio of combinational demulsifiers are highest 96. 7% and 97.7% when the proportion of TA4812 to ECH is 4:1 ,and the proportion of AP442 to ECH is 4:1. For Zichang crude oil,when the proportion of TA4812 to ECH is 4:1, AP442 to ECH is 2:3,the dehydration rate of combinational demulsifiers is highest 98.3%.
