摘 要:以水杨酸和37%甲醛溶液为原料、25%磷酸为催化剂合成光稳定剂3,3′-亚甲基-双(6-羟基苯甲酸),分别研究了原料配比、温度、反应时间等对合成反应的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件.该合成方法的适宜合成工艺参数为:n(水杨酸)∶n(甲醛)=1∶0.58,合成反应温度为98℃,反应时间为9h.所得产物经红外光谱和核磁氢谱等表征确认了其结构,产品收率可达到89.4%以上,产品纯度97.6%.The 3,3r-Methylene-bis E6-hydroxybenzoic acid], a light stabilizer, was synthesized from salicylic acid and 37% formaldehyde solution, 25% phosphoric acid as catalyst. The effects of materials ratio, temperature, reaction time on the synthesis were studied. The proper technological conditions were given as follows:the molar ratio of salicylic acid and formaldehyde was 1 : 0. 58, the reaction temperature was 98 ℃, and the reaction time was 9 h. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and 1HNMR,confirmed its structure. The yield of the product could be reached more than 89.4% ,purity of the product was 97.6%.
