摘 要:Hough变换虽被广泛用于倾斜文档校正,但其采用投票选举方式,计算量较大,校正效率较低.笔者对其效率进行探讨,对分辨率较高的图像采用多次降分辨率分步进行校正,从而实现高分辨率倾斜文本图像的快速校正.同时,考虑到普通文档边界有较强方向性的特点,直接对文档边界进行直线检测,计算倾斜角度,而不采用传统基于文本行的直线检测方法,从而缩短倾斜角检测时间.实验结果表明:该方法显著提高了校正效率、缩短了校正时间、提高了校正精度.Hough transform has been widely used in tilt documentation correction. But, the voting mechanism is used in this method, the amount of calculation is large and error correction efficiency is not high. This paper studies on this problem and gives the solutions. For the high- resolution image, resolution will be reduced several times and the images are corrected step by step in order to implement the rapid correction of the tilt text image. At the same time, considering the characteristics of the common documentation boundary with strong directionality, the line detection method is used on the documentation boundary to calculate the tilt angle in stead of the traditional line detection method based on textline. It will shorten the detection time. The experimental results show that the algorithm significantly improves the correction efficiency, shorten the correction time, and improved the correction accuracy.
