摘 要:自主研制出处理量为1 000 m3/h的逆流式乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化装置,并进行了加热启动、氧化性能及自热平衡等试验研究。结果表明:乏风瓦斯蓄热氧化装置能够有效氧化处理甲烷,在稳定的温度场下,乏风中甲烷体积分数的改变对甲烷氧化率的影响不明显,在甲烷体积分数为0.148%时,氧化率仍维持在96%以上;当乏风瓦斯处理量为1 000 m3/h、甲烷体积分数大于等于0.30%时,装置自维持运行状态良好;当燃烧室中心温度降低时,装置内高温区域变小,氧化反应区域变窄,甲烷氧化率降低,不利于氧化反应的进行。A flow-reverse regenerative oxidation device with the handling capacity of 1 000 m3/h for ventilation air methane was independently developed and experimental study on the heating start, oxidation performance and self-heat balance was carried out. The results indicated: the regenerative oxidation device for ventilation air methane can effectively oxidize and handle the methane, in the stable temperature field, the change of the methane volume fraction in the ventilation air has not clear effect on the methane oxidation rate, and when the methane volume fraction is 0. 148%, the oxidation rate still maintains over 96% ; when the handling volume of the ventilation air methane is 1 000 ma/h and the methane volume fraction is larger than and equal to 0.30% , the regenerative oxidation device keeps in good operation state; when the central temperature in the combustion chamber reduced, the high temperature area in the device became smaller, the oxidation reaction area became narrower and the oxidation rate of methane reduced, which is unfavorable to the oxidation reaction.
