摘 要:为了在不同的巷道与煤层位置关系下使石门揭煤抽排瓦斯钻孔的参数计算准确、省时,达到钻孔数目优化且方便绘制对应可视化图形,首先用解析几何中向量夹角、平面方程等计算方法建立了钻孔参数计算数学模型;然后用AutoCAD中一些可视化方法建立了三维巷道、钻孔及煤层的可视化模型;最后在CAD中用VBA编程,编制参数计算、图形绘制的宏等,利用程序自动求取设计参数,并绘制可视化图形。计算的结果被导出到Excel,其数据和可视化图形与实际情况较为相符,可用来指导石门揭煤抽排钻孔设计和施工,建立的数学模型可供钻孔设计人员参考。A mathematical model for borehole parameter calculation was first set up by using the vector angle and plane equation in analytic geometry in order to accurately calculate the gas drainage hole parameters for developing through outburst seam in the crosscut under different roadway and coal seam position relation and achieve the optimization of hole number and the easy drawing up of the corresponding visual graphs; then the visual model of 3D roadway, 3D drilling and 3D coal seam was created by using some visualization methods in AutoCAD; and finally programming was made by means of VBA in CAD, the macro for parameter calculation and graphics drawing was worked out, the design parameters were automatically obtained and visual graphs were drew up by program. The calculated results were exported to Excel form, and the data and visual graphs were very close to the actual condition, which can be used to guide the design and drilling of gas drainage holes for developing through outburst seam in the crosscut. The established mathematical model is available for borehole designer reference.
