摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血汤治疗冠心病介入术后再狭窄的临床疗效。方法:将71例冠脉介入术后辨证为气虚血瘀型患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组36例,对照组35例,2组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用益气活血汤。2组治疗1个月为1个疗程,分别对临床疗效、治疗前后心电图等变化进行观察。结果:治疗组临床疗效、心电图均明显改善(P<0.01),优于对照组。结论:益气活血汤治疗冠心病PCI术后再狭窄疗效显著,显示了中医治疗的优势。Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Yiqihuoxue Decoction on the treatment of restenosis patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods: 71 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,36 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.Both of the groups were given western conventional treatment,but the patients in the treatment group were added with Yiqihuoxue Decoction.One month was a course of treatment.The clinical effectiveness and ECG changes of the patients were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The clinical effectiveness and the ECG improvement of the treatment group was significant(P<0.01),better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of restenosis patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,showing the advantages of TCM treatment.
