福建省粮食物流公共信息平台构建研究

摘　　要：粮食作为关系国计民生的重要商品,其流通及安全问题也一直是国内学者研究和讨论的焦点。文中首先分析福建省粮食流通现状并指出其在发展中存在的问题,在此基础上提出福建省粮食物流信息平台的架构设计方案和运营保障设计方案,并以东北大米为例描述设计方案的具体运行流程,力求为福建省粮食流通效率的提高和粮食安全的保障服务。Grain as the important commodity related to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood, grain distribution and its security issues has become a hot topic. This paper analysis of the status of grain distribution in Fujian Province, and point out the problems. To ensure the efficiency and security of grain distribution in Fujian province, this paper put forward the design scheme of the Fujian grain logistics public information platform and its operator protection,furthermore take the northeast rice as an example to describe the specific design running process.
