浅论同城快运物流服务的内容和实效性

摘　　要：2013年新年第一个月,中国多达17个省市被雾霾笼罩,空气质量极度恶劣,国人调侃要"厚德载雾,自强不吸",我国的环境质量受到了全世界的关注与质疑;空气质量恶化的原因众说纷纭,归纳起来主要是以下三点:工业废气污染、建筑灰尘污染、汽车尾气污染,三者的贡献各占三分之一;通过对物品的分理、集同、包装、信息管理,以城市公共交通系统(包括城市公交、BRT、地铁、轻轨等)为主要运输方式,非公共汽车、自行车等为辅助运输方式,在最短的时间(不超过5小时)实现物品在同一个城市区域范围内位置有效转移的物流活动,从而提高物流效率从而降低汽车尾气对空气的污染。2013 new year first a months, China up to 17 provinces was fog haze shrouded, air quality extreme bad, people ridicule to ＂thick de contains fog, self does not sucking＂, in China of environment quality was has world of concern and questioned ; air quality deteriorated of causes rivaled, summed up up main is following three points ： industrial emission pollution ; building dust pollution ; car exhaust pollution ; three who of contribution all accounted for one - third ; is by on articles of points acting, and set with, and packaging, and information management, to city public traffic system （ including city bus, and BRT, and Metro, and light rail, ） for main transport way, non -bus, and bike, for secondary transport way, in short of time （does not over 5 hours） implementation articles in with a city regional range within location effective transfer of logistics activities, to improve logistics efficiency to reduced car exhaust on air of pollution.
