摘　　要：物流银行业务涉及到金融机构、物流企业及货主企业等众多市场主体,物流业务和金融业务自身的风险在物流银行业务中同时存在严重制约了其业务的深入发展,因此对物流银行业务中来自不同方面的风险防范就成了在开展此业务中新的研究课题。文中在阐述物流银行业务内涵的基础上,深入分析物流银行业务中的风险来源及成因,最后针对风险的来源及成因提出相应的物流银行业务中的风险防范策略,以期对金融机构、物流企业开展此业务在风险防范方面有一定的借鉴作用。Logistics banking involves many market players such as financial institution, logistics company and shipper enterprise. So the risks of Logistics operations and financial business existing at the same time have severely restricted the in - depth development of Logistics Banking. From different aspects of risk prevention become new research topic in undertaking the business. The paper depth analysis of the sources of risk and causes in logistics banking based on elaborate logistics banking connotation, then propose appropriate logistics banking risk prevention strategies for the sources and causes of the risk. The paper wishes have references to risk prevention in conduct logistics banking business.
