摘 要:目的探索新的药房管理模式,提升病区药房的服务质量。方法将品管圈的科学管理方法应用到药房的管理中,针对工作中存在的问题,运用品管圈的10个步骤进行计划、分析、实施和确认。结果通过减少病区药房出院带药异常件数为主题的品管圈活动,使异常件数从34件/周降低到16件/周,达标率92.20%,进步率51.82%。结论品管圈活动使员工解决问题的能力增强了,工作效率提高了,和谐了工作团队,提升了医疗服务质量。Objective To explore the new pharmacy management model and to enhance the service quality of ward pharmacy. Methods The scientific management methods of the quality control circles were applied to the pharmacy management. Aimed at the prob- lems existing in works, 10 steps of the quality control circle were applied to plan, analyze, implement and confirm. Results The abnormal number of discharge medicines was reduced from 34/week to 16/week by implementing the quality control circles activities,with the standard -reaching rate of 92.20% and the progress rate of 51.82%. Conclusion The quality control circles activities make the staffs to in- crease the ability to solve problems,improve the work efficiency,harmonized the working team and enhance the quality of medical services.
