摘 要:以HCl溶液和H2SO4-HNO3的混合酸溶液作为纯化强酸溶液,采用强酸氧化法纯化碳纳米管(CNTs)。将纯化后的CNTs加入到ZnO-Al2O3(ZAO)前驱体溶液中,通过均匀沉淀法,制得CNTs-ZAO复合粉体。采用差示扫描量热仪(TG-DSC)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征纯化前后CNTs和CNTs-ZAO复合粉体。结果表明:在80℃、V(H2SO4)∶V(HNO3)=1∶1的条件下,水浴纯化反应2 h,得到纯化效果较好的CNTs。在n(CNTs)∶n(ZAO)=4∶1、ZAO前驱体反应30 min之前加入纯化CNTs,CNTs的表面负载上一层均匀、致密的纳米ZAO颗粒。Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were purified with the method of strong acid oxidation, including HC1, mixed acid solution of H2SO4 and HNO3. Purified CNTs were added to precursor solution of ZnO- Al2O3 (ZAO) , then CNTs-ZAO composite powders were obtained by homogeneous precipitation method. Purified CNTs and CNTs-ZAO composite powders were characteried by thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry ( TG-DSC ), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer ( FT-IR ), X-ray diffraction (XRD) , and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that better-purified CNTs were ob- tained under the conditions of 80 ℃, V( H2 SO4 ) : V( HNO3 ) = 1 : 1, and purification 2 h. Purified CNTs with n(CNTs): n(ZAO) = 4:1 and added ZAO precursor 30 rain before reaction, CNTs-ZAO compound powders were acquired with a uniform layer of dense nano ZAO particles adsorption on the surface of CNTs.
