摘 要:大庆外围油田掺水耗气占油田生产耗气的50%左右,为降低原油集输的耗气量,低温集输规模不断扩大。文中结合大庆外围油田低温集输实践,对低温集输过程中的现象进行分析,并对形成的一系列低温技术进行了总结。针对原油的结蜡规律和低温状态下的流动特性进行研究,分析了原油低温输送的影响因素,提出含水原油凝固温度偏移的观点,从而进一步打破了原油在高于凝固点输送的管理界限,为原油低于凝固点输送提供了技术支持,使集油进站温度设计参数降至低于凝固点3℃。同时提出低温集输界限的判定方法,并结合油田自身特点,形成了不掺水集输等多种适合高寒地区低产油田的低温集输技术,为高寒地区低产油田节能降耗、优化简化提供了实践经验。The gas consumption for water blending is up to 50% of gas consumption for oilfield production in Daqing peripheral oilfield. In order to reduce the gas consumption for oil gathering, the scale of low-temperature gathering is being expanded constantly. Based on the practices of low-temperature gathering in Daqing peripheral oilfield, the phenomenon of low-temperature gathering has been analyzed and a series of low-temperature technology has been summarized by researching the max deposition law and the flow characteristics under low temperature in this paper. The influences of crude oil transportation at low temperature have been analyzed, the views on coagulation tempera ture deviation of water cut oil have been put forward, a freezing point has been broken. It provides the technical support for oil transportation below freezing point and the temperature of oil intostation has been reduced up to 3 ℃ below freezing point. Based on the characteristics of oilfield,some low-temperature gathering technologies suited for low production oilfield of alpine region have been developed, such as non-watered gathering technology. It provides a practical reference for low production oilfield in alpine region on energy-saving and consumption-reducing, and ensures oilfield operating stably and efficiently.
