摘　　要：:对生活在秦岭地区的蝮蛇秦岭亚种 (Agkistrodon halys Qinlingensis)The Karyotype of Agkistrodon halys Qinlingensis is found to possess a diploid number of 36, 16 of them are macrochromosome, others are microchrosome. All chromosome pairs are homomorphics except pair No.4 which is hetermorphic in female only. It is the first time to report the karyotype of Agkistrodon halys Qinlingensis.
