摘　　要：用普通物理学的方法推导了不同惯性系之间电磁场量的变换式 ,在此基础上 ,给出了一种简便。It was examined for the variations of the volume of electro magnetic field between system of different intertia by way of general physics. On this basis, the paper shown a simple and quick new way of setting up the group of Maxwell's equations with clear physical meaning.
