摘　　要：矿物质元素在畜禽机体内尽管含量极少,且不含能量,但其与营养物质的代谢紧密相关。当饲料中矿物质元素供给不足或矿物质元素间比例失调时,就会引起某种矿物质元素的缺乏,从而导致畜禽机体代谢机能紊乱,味觉异常,并且到处舔食、啃咬一些通常认为无营养价值、不宜采食的异物,发生异食癖。Though little amount of mineral elements was needed in the body of animals and they didn＇t contain energy, but it was closely related with the metabolism of nutrients. When the supply of mineral elements in feed was deficient and the proportion of mineral elements was unbalanced,these would cause the deficiency of some mineral elements. It would lead to the metabolism disorder, lap up and chew those foreign bodies without nutrient value, which eventually caused the pica.
