非农就业对农户农业生产性投资的影响

摘　　要：目前有关非农就业与农业生产性投资关系的实证研究大都是采用农户层面的微观数据,分析中忽略了一个农户家庭非农就业机会的增加对与其相邻的其他农户农业生产投资的影响。对此,在对非农就业影响农户农业生产性投资的机制进行理论阐述的基础上,运用2001～2009年中国分省面板数据从宏观角度实证考察了非农就业因素对一个地区农户平均农业生产性投资水平的影响。研究结果显示:非农就业机会增加有利于提高农户平均农业投资水平。非农就业因素对农户农业生产性投资的影响程度总体上是逐渐增加的。从不同区域看,东北地区农户非农就业机会增加对农业生产性投资的促进作用最大,东部其次,然后是中部与西部。Most of the prevailing empirical studies on the relationships between non - agricul- tural employment and agricultural productive investment adopt micro - data at rural household lev- el, ignoring the fact that the increase of a rural household＇s non- agricultural employment oppor- tunity may affect the productive investment of other households in agriculture. Therefore, based on the theoretical discussion on the influence mechanism of non - agricultural employment of rural households on their productive investment, and by using provincial panel data of China from 2001 to 2009, the paper empirically studies the influence of non - agricultural employment factors on ru- ral household＇s average agricultural productive investment from a macro perspective. Research re- suits indicate that the increase of non - agricultural employment opportunity can help rural house- holds to improve the average agricultural investment level, and the influence of non - agricultural factors on productive investment of rural households tends to be increasing. The effect is significant in northeast regions, followed by eastern regions, middle and western regions respectively.
