摘 要:建筑能效评价是促进建筑节能的重要措施之一,科学的建筑能效评价方法既是提高建筑能效和节能减排的标尺,又是增强建筑性能的基础。首先介绍数据包络分析的基本原理和特征,然后论证数据包络分析进行建筑能效评价的可行性,并探讨数据包络分析在建筑能效评价中的应用方式和建模特点,最后通过实例验证数据包络分析在建筑能效评价中的效果和意义。随着我国建筑节能工作的深入和节能方式的转变,数据包络分析必将在提高建筑能效和增强建筑性能中发挥更大的作用。An assessment of building energy efficiency is one of the measures which are important to improve building energy efficiency. And scientifw building energy efficieney assessment can ensure the improvement of the building energy efficiency and the enhancement of building performance as well. It first introduces the basic principle and characteristics of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA ), then expounds feasibility of the building energy efficiency assessment with DEA, and discusses its cepplication method and model properties, finally demonstrates the result and function of DEA to building energy efficiency assessment with an example. As improvement of building energy efficiency and enhancement of building performance, DEA will play a more and more powerful role.
