心内科住院老年病人意外跌倒的原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：[目的]分析心内科住院老年病人意外跌倒的原因,探讨相应的护理对策。[方法]对照组2 056例老年病人采用心内科常规护理,观察组2 246例病人在常规护理的基础上针对老年病人跌倒的原因进行护理干预。比较两组病人跌倒发生情况。[结果]观察组病人意外跌倒发生率低于对照组(χ2=4.936,P<0.05)。[结论]对心内科老年住院病人意外跌倒危险因素进行正确评估并采取相应的护理干预措施,可减少病人意外跌倒的发生。Objective：To analyze the causes of accidental falls of hospitalized elderly patients in department of cardiology, and probe into the corresponding nursing strategies. Methods： The control group of 2056 cases of elderly patients were given heart medical routine care, 2246 patients in observation group received the nursing intervention aiming at the reasons of elderly patient falls on the basis of conventional care, then to compare patients＇ fall occurrence between the two groups. Results：The incidence of accidental falls in observation group patients was lower than that of controlgroup （ 2：4. 936, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Properly assessment and appropriate nursing interventions for accidental falls risk factors of elderly inpatients in department of cardiology can reduce the incidence of accidental falls in patients.
