全程护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗病人健康知识知晓率及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察全程护理模式对鼻咽癌放疗病人健康知识知晓率及生活质量的影响。[方法]将60例鼻咽癌化疗病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程护理模式。比较两组病人健康知识知晓率,采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评价病人的生活质量。[结果]观察组病人健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态方面的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]全程护理能够为病人提供全程、高效、优质的护理,提高病人对疾病的认识和自我护理能力、改善生活质量。Objective： To observe the influence of whole nursing model on awareness and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma un dergoing radiotherapy. Methods： A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy were divided into experimental group and control group, patients ＇health knowledge awareness were compared between two groups and to evaluate the quality of life of patients by using GQOLI- 74 a comprehensive assessment of the questionnaire （GQOLI - 74）. Results： observation group patients health knowledge awareness rate was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;quality of life score of patients in aspects of physical function, mental function, social function, material living conditions of the observation group score was higher than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Full care for the patients to provide full and efficient,high- qualty care,improve understanding of disease and self - care capacity of patients md their quality of life.
