摘　　要：综述机械通气人工气道内吸痰的护理进展,包括吸痰管的选择、吸痰时机的判断、吸痰方式的选择、吸痰压力和时间、吸痰管插入深度以及声门下吸引、气道湿化。It reviewed the nursing research on mechanical ventilation artificial airway suctioning, including selection of the suction tube, the judgment of suctioning timing,the choice of suction way,the pressure and time of suctioning, insertion depth of suction tube, and subglottic suction, subglottic attract and airway humidification.
