摘　　要：为了提高客户对供电质量和用电可靠性的要求,避免发生电力事故或电力故障时影响电网的正常运行,研制了一种新型、实用的移动式低压开关连接装置,用以改变在应急发电车等应急电源到达客户配电房之后,采用扳手加螺栓的方法将应急电源接入客户低压侧的传统做法。移动式低压开关连接装置可与各类用电设备及应急发电车配套运作,明确了用电客户、客户服务中心与运检部门之间的责任界面,提前做好客户侧用电接入准备,缩短应急电源的接入时间,提高供电与保电效率。In order to meet the client＇s requirements for power quality and power reliability,and to prevent electric power network from the tremendous impact of faulty and accident,a novel low voltage switchgear link device is developed,which is practical and movable.The device changes the traditional way where spanner and screw bolt are usually used to connect the emergency power source into user＇s low voltage connector after the emergency power arrived.It supports various kinds of electric equipments and emergency power sources.By using the device,the responsibilities among custom,service center and running department can be distinguished clearly.The user side is given a chance to get ready in advance.It can reduce the connecting time consumption,shorten the powerless interval,and improve the efficiency of power supply and power maintaining.
