摘　　要：[目的]探讨空气波压力治疗仪在老年糖尿病病人周围神经病变中的作用。[方法]将80例糖尿病周围神经病变病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各40例,两组采用常规降糖并给予凯时、弥可保治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用空气波压力治疗仪治疗。观察治疗前后感觉减退、麻木、疼痛及肌电图神经传导速度改善情况。[结果]在肢端麻木、感觉减退、疼痛的改善及肌电图传导速度上,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]空气波压力治疗仪能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病病人肢体麻木、感觉减退症状,减轻疼痛及改善神经传导速度,提高病人生活质量。Objective：To probe into the effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument in elderly diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy. Methods： A total of 80 cases of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each,two groups received the conventional hypoglycemic therapy, and Al-prostadil and Methycobal treatment. Beside that,the treatment group pa- tients were given air wave pressure therapy. Then to observe the improve- ment of hypoesthesia, numbness, pain and EMG nerve conduction velocity in patients before and after treatment. Results：The improvement of treatment group in hypoesthesia, numbness, pain and EMG nerve conduction velocity was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Air wave pressure therapy instrument can significantly improve the numbness, hypoesthesia symptoms,relieve pain and improve nerve conduction velocity, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
