摘　　要：[目的]观察人工皮肤在儿童重症监护病房(PICU)鼻饲患儿中的应用效果。[方法]将213例鼻饲患儿随机分为观察组110例、对照组103例,观察组采用人工皮肤,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患儿在拔除鼻饲管后面部皮肤情况。[结果]观察组患儿在拔除鼻饲管后面部皮肤完好情况优于对照组。[结论]人工皮肤应用于鼻饲管治疗,能够有效预防面部皮肤的损伤。Objective：To observe the applied effect of artificial skin in naso- gastric treatment for PICU children. Methods： A total of 213 children with nasogastric feeding were randomly divided into observation group （110 cases） and control group （103 cases） ,observation group patients used the arti- ficial skin, control group used the routine care, then to compare the facial skin condition after removing the nasogastric tube between two groups of chil- dren. Results：The intact of facial skin of observation group children was better than that of control group after removing the nasogastric tube. Conclusion：The artificial skin used in treatment of nasogastric tube can effectively nrevent injury of the facial skin.
