摘　　要：目的掌握核电站运行前居民健康状况,为评价核电站运行后对居民健康有无影响提供基线资料。方法采用现况和回顾性调查方法,调查距核电站50 km范围内居民健康状况,分析距核电站30 km范围内居民肿瘤发病及死亡情况。结果2010年居民总死亡率536.56/10万,男女死亡之比为1.41∶1;人口期望寿命79.46岁,其中男性77.21岁,女性82.05岁;恶性肿瘤年报告发病率133.26/10万,标化发病率132.40/10万,死亡率152.38/10万,标化死亡率151.03/10万;白血病发病率4.43/10万,死亡率4.20/10万,标化死亡率4.16/10万;甲状腺癌发病率3.73/10万,死亡率0.23/10万。结论研究成果科学客观的提供了核电站建设区域50 km范围内的居民健康状况及恶性肿瘤发病死亡率,形成了基线资料。Objective To understand the health status of residents before Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant running, in order to build the baseline of health status for the residents. Methods The cross - sectional survey and retrospective investigation were conducted to look into the health status of residents within the range of 50 km from the Nuclear Power Plant. The tumor incidence and mortality of residents within the range of 30 km were analyzed. Results The general mortality in 2010 was 536. 56 / 100000, and male - to - female mortality rate ratio was 1.41 ： 1 ; the life expectancy was 79. 46 years old （ male 77.21 years old, female 82. 05 years old）. The report incidence of malignant neoplasm was 133.26/100000 （ standardized 132. 40/100000） per year, and while the mortality rate of malignant neoplasm was 152. 38/ 100000 （standardized 151.03/100000） per year. The incidence rate of leukemia was 4. 43/100000, and mortality rate was 4. 20/100000 （standardized 4. 16/100000）. The incidence and mortality rates of thyroid cancer was 3.73/100000 anda O. 23/100000 respectively. Conclusion The health status of residents within the range of 50 km from the Nuclear Power Plant has been described scientifically. Also it provides the baseline data for the incidence and mortality of malignant neoplasm.
