摘  要:目的探讨神经元移行异常的CT征象,提高对其认识能力和诊断水平。方法回顾分析2009—2012本院确诊的34例神经元移行异常病例的临床和CT资料,总结各类病变的CT表现特征。结果灰质异位13例,其CT表现为皮质下白质区、侧脑室室管膜下结节状、团块状或带状病灶,与正常脑灰质密度相同;脑裂畸形8例,其CT特征为由灰质相衬的裂隙横跨半球,内达侧脑室,所衬灰质与大脑皮层连续,且与灰质等密度;巨脑回畸形13例,其CT表现为脑表面光滑或部分区域光滑、平坦,脑回、脑沟消失,脑皮层增厚。结论头颅CT是显示神经元移行异常较可靠的检查方法。Objective To investigate the CT findings of neuronal migration disorders and improve the diagnostic level. Methods Clinical and CT materials of 32 cases with neuron migration anomalies confirmed in our institution were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results Heterotopic gray matte in 13 cases, its CT signs was subcortical alba, the lateral ventricle subependymal nodules form, crumb or ribbon lesions, and normal brain gray matter density same; schizencephaly in 13 cases, the crack CT characteristics was gray matter offline fissure across the hemisphere, of the lateral ventricle, in which both gray and the cerebral cortex continuous line, and with the grey matter density equal; Pachygyria in 8 cases, the back of the performance characteristic brain CT was smooth surface or part of regional smooth, flat, brain, brain groove back to disappear, thickening of the cortex. Conclusion CT is a good method of checking anomalies of neuronal migration.
