面压试验在解决配气摇臂滚轮偏磨问题中的应用研究

摘　　要：某柴油机摇臂滚轮在台架试验中出现偏磨现象,试验前通过感压纸对凸轮轴桃子与滚轮接触状态进行了面压试验,发现面压试验结果与台架试验结果相符合。对该配气机构进行了仿真计算、尺寸公差方面的分析,并提出了解决措施,该摇臂通过了台架考核试验验证。Partial abrasion of rocker arm roller happened during the diesel engine tests. Before diesel engine tests, tests of surface press were done with inductive paper of press. The results were coincident with the actual facts. Simulation and dimension tolerance for assembly of the valve gear system were analyzed. The modified measures were proposed. Finally, the rocker arm roller structure was validated by the diesel engine tests.
