现代文化与新疆现代化

摘　　要：文章从马克思主义唯物史观出发,回顾了现代文化产生和发展的历史过程,分析了对现代文化的若干误读,指出发展现代文化对于在新疆推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有重大历史意义。文章结合新疆实际,提出为实现新疆跨越式发展和长治久安,就要大力弘扬"新疆精神",坚持科学发展观统领下的三条标准,牢固构筑"以现代文化为引领"的六大工作支点。According the historical materialism of Marxism,the author reviewed historical procession of Modern culture,analyzed some misunderstandings to modern culture,and emphasized that the development of modern culture has important historical meanings to promoting the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics in Xinjiang. Based on the reality of Xinjiang,the paper proposed that we should propagate ' Spirit of Xinjiang' energetically to achieve long-stride development and the long period of stability in Xinjiang,insist on the three criterion guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development,construct the six work pivot guided by ' Modern culture' firmly.
