摘  要:随着现场总线技术的迅猛发展,传统的测量仪表受到严重挑战,取而代之的将是具有开放性的现场总线仪表,CAN总线以其精确、可靠性、方便性和可维护性在工业控制领域得到了广泛的应用。文章就是根据这个需求设计一种基于CAN总线的真空智能仪表,该真空仪表采用电容式薄膜规管作为测量传感器,硬件部分采用功能强大的C8051F040单片机为核心,并且具有CAN总线接口,组网方便,上位机可以实时监测各仪表的状态。With rapid development of fieldbus technology, the traditional instrument will be affected, and it will be replaced with the instrument based on fieldbus. CAN is widely applied in industrial field because of its precision, relia- bility, accessibility, maintainability. The intelligent vacuum instrument based on CAN bus is designed in this disserta- tion to meet the need of application. The instrument used capacitance diaphragm gauge as the sensor. The C8051F040 is used as the master controller of the instrument. Also a CAN bus interface is added so that it accesses to network easily. The host computer can communicate with the instrument in real-time.
