摘　　要：目的通过建立茯苓饮片HPLC指纹图谱,评定不同产地茯苓饮片中化学成分的差异,为制定茯苓饮片的全面质量控制标准提供参考。方法采用高效液相法,梯度洗脱,测定了10批样品,采用国家药典委员会的中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件对数据进行分析,并对方法进行了评价。结果建立了茯苓饮片指纹图谱共有模式,确定了12个指纹图谱共有峰。结论本方法稳定,重现性好,所建立的指纹图谱可以用于茯苓饮片的产地鉴别和质量控制。Objective To evaluate the differences in the chemical components in prepared poria cocos from different origins by establishing HPLC fingerprint of prepared poria cocos so as to provide the references to the implementation of the overall quality control standards of prepared poria cocos.Methods With the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,under the gradient elution,the samples of 10 batches were measured.The similarity software of Chinese medicine fingerprint of the State Pharmacopoeia Commission was adopted for the data analysis and the method evaluation.Results The common fingerprint patterns of prepared poria cocos were established.Twelve common peaks were settled.Conclusion This method is stable and good in reproducibility.The fingerprint established can be used to identify the origin and quality control of prepared poria cocos.
