五子衍宗丸治疗精液异常男性不育60例临床观察

摘　　要：观察五子衍丸对肾精亏型男性不育患者精液质量及性激素水平的影响。方法 120例患者等分为两组。治疗组予五子衍宗丸,每次9 g,每日3次;对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,每次50mg,每日1次;疗程均为12周。分别观察两组治疗前后精液参数指标及性激素水平变化。结果治疗组有效率81.7%,对照组55.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后精液量、精子密度、活力百分比、液化情况都有显著提升(P<0.01);在改善精子活力方面与对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血浆睾酮(T)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五子衍宗丸治疗肾精亏型男性不育有较好的临床疗效,可以提高精液量、精子密度、精子活动率,对提高T、LH水平也有一定的作用。Objective To observe the impacts of wuzi yanzong wan on sperm quality and sexual hormone level for the patients with sterility due to kidney essence deficiency.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were equally divided into two groups.In a treatment group,wuzi yanzong wan was prescribed,9 g each time,three times a day.In a control group,clomifene citrate capsules were prescribed,50 mg each time,once a day.The duration of treatment was 12 weeks.The semen parameter indexes and sexual hormone level were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 81.7% in the treatment group and was 55.4% in the control group,presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison（P〈0.01）.In the treatment group,semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility percentage and liquefied condition were all improved significantly after treatment（P〈0.01）.The difference in the improvement of sperm motility was significant statistically as compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.In the treatment group,the levels of plasma testosterone（T）and luteinzing hormone（LH）were different significantly before and after treatment in statistics（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Wuzi yanzong wan achieves a satisfactory clinical efficacy on sterility due to kidney essence deficiency.It improves semen volume,sperm density and motility and results in a certain action on the increase of T and LH levels.
