中药熏洗联合手法治疗早期糖尿病足干预的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗联合手法治疗早期糖尿病足干预的临床疗效。方法将80例患者根据初诊时间,在知情同意的情况下,按随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均进行常规治疗,严格控制血糖。治疗组采用中药熏洗联合推拿疗法治疗;对照组予改善微循环、营养神经等药物治疗。两组均于4个疗程后进行疗效评价,并进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为89.74%,对照组为57.50%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药熏洗联合手法治疗早期糖尿病足干预的疗效较单纯营养神经药物治疗明显。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on early diabetic foot（DF）intervened with herbal fumigation and manipulation.Methods According to the first visit sequence,under the informed consent and based on the random number table,80 cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each one.The conventional treatment and strict blood glucose control were conducted in both groups.In the treatment group,the herbal fumigation and Chinese massage therapy were applied.In the control group,the medication for improving microcirculation and nerve nutrition was provided.The efficacy was evaluated after 4 sessions of treatment in both groups for comparison.Results The total effective rate was 89.74% in the treatment group and was 57.50% in the control group.The difference was significant statistically in comparison of the total effective rate（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The allied therapy of herbal fumigation and manipulation achieves the apparent efficacy on early DF as compared with the simple medication for nerve nutrition.
