摘　　要：在多模测试中,TD-LTE与TD-SCDMA双模终端的系统间移动性是测试的重点。因此,对于TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA双模终端切换过程的研究具有实际意义和应用价值。首先对异接入技术(inter Radio Access Technology,inter-RAT)切换和测量过程进行研究,然后在此基础上对inter-RAT切换流程进行了设计,并以TD-LTE至TD-SCDMA的切换过程为例进行了流程分析。In the multi-mode test, the inter radio access technology（inter-RAT） mobility of the TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA dual mode terminal is the focus. Therefore, the research on the TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA dual-mode terminal handover procedure has practical significance and application value. Firstly, the inter-RAT handover procedure and measurement procedure are researched. Then based on the research,the inter-RAT handover procedure is designed. And the TD-LTE to TD-SCDMA handover procedure is analyzed.
