摘 要:规模化蔬菜园艺场采用种养结合生产模式科学处理利用废弃物资源,种植业与养殖业规模相匹配问题成为关键性要素。以常规蔬菜生产和鹅、鸡肉禽养殖的基础数据为基础,通过简单数量关系推导出种养结合规模匹配计算模型,为规模化蔬菜园艺场利用"菜—鹅—肥"与"菜—鸡—肥"2种种养结合生产模式提供了可靠的计算依据。Planting-breeding combined production pattern was considered as a scientific processing and utilizing way for the wastes in large scale vegetable farms, and the scale matching of planting and breeding became the critical factor. Based on the essential data of vegetable production and goose and chicken breeding, this paper gave the scale matching calculation model of planting-breeding combined pattern through the simple quantitative relation, and also provided credible calculation basis for the "vegetable-goose-manure" and "vegetable-chicken-manure" production patterns in large scale vegetable farms.
