摘  要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对从剑麻中提取的剑麻纤维素微晶(SFCM)进行改性,对SFCM与酚醛树脂(PF)进行熔融共混、用模压成型工艺制备SCFM/PF复合材料,研究SFCM含量对复合材料的力学性能、动态力学性能、蠕变和应力松弛性能的影响。结果表明,与PF相比,SFCM/PF复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度分别提高了54.94%,31.37%,储能模量提高了30%,玻璃化转变温度提高了41℃,蠕变和应力松弛性能也得到了提高。Sisal fiber cellulose microcrystalline(SFCM) extracted trom slsat I1oer wa~ modified by coupling agent KH550, the SFCM/phenolic formaldehyde(PF) composites were prepared by blending technology and molding method. Effects of the SFCM con- tents on the mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties, creep and stress re- laxation of the composites were studied. The results show that compared with PF, the impact strength and bending strength of the SCFM/PF composites are increased by 54.94% and 31.37% respectively. The storage modulus and the glass transition tempera- ture are increased by 30% and 41 ℃ respectively. The behaviors of the stress relaxa- tion and creep are also improved.
