摘　　要：采用新型的加热技术——电磁加热技术,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材生产挤出机的传统加热方式进行改造。结果表明:在降低电耗、稳定加工温度、提高操作安全性等方面取得了明显的改善。The new type of heating technology-electromagnetic heating technology was applied to reconstruct traditional heating mode extruder of PVC profiles production. The results show that the lower power consumption, the stable processing temperature and the operation safety ect are improved abviously.
