摘　　要：介绍罗布麻纤维特有的保健性能及其纤维与棉、毛混纺比例的选择,结合3种原料品质上的差异,探讨确定纺纱工艺流程、各道工艺参数及温湿度的控制,研究罗布麻与棉混纺条的染色工艺控制,合理的设计纱线捻度及织物上机紧度,以及后整理工艺,生产出能改善高血压引起的眩晕、头痛、心悸失眠等症状,具有良好的透气性、吸湿性,穿着不沾身、无汗臭、无静电等高附加值的,并能满足人们对时尚追求的衬衣面料,罗布麻系列产品以其独特、新颖的风格成为国际上最引人注目的纺织保健服装面料,国内及国外市场前景广阔。The paper introduced the special healthy care properties of apocynum fiber. It designed the blending ratio of fabric with apocynum fiber, wool and cotton. With the different raw materials, it discussed the spinning technological process and the technological parameters, such as temperature and humidity. It designed the dyeing process, yarn twist and fabric tightness. The designed fabric had the properties of good permeability, hygroscopicity, amti-static electricity, which can remit the dizziness, headache, palpitation and insomnia sympton. The series products of apocynum fiber will be in the spotlight in the healthy fabric.
