摘　　要：目的观察3种不同阻断颈部静脉的方法对预防PICC置管时发生颈部异位的作用。方法将480例拟行PICC置管患者随机分为3组,每组160例,A组在送管时采用传统的偏头法,B组让助手协助采用指压法,C组让助手采用按压器法以阻断颈内、颈外静脉。置管后比较3组患者导管异位率。结果 3组首次穿刺颈部静脉异位率及总异位率比较,C组异位率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用按压器阻断颈部静脉的方法较指压法和偏头法更能有效预防PICC导管异位至颈部静脉,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the effect of three different methods on preventing PICC ectopic in jugular veins. Methods Totally 480 patients with PICC were randomly divided into three groups,160 in each group. The entrance of jugular veins was blocked during PICC placement by using the traditional method,finger-pressure,and pressure device in group A,B and C,respectively. The catheter ectopic rate was compared among the three groups. Result The catheter ectopic rate of PICC was lowest in group C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using pressure device to block the entrance of jugular veins is moi＇e effective to prevent catheter ectopic of PICC. It is worth to be promoted and used.
