摘 要:文章结合当前矿井监控系统普遍存在的问题,在深入理解煤炭安全生产监控系统软件技术要求的基础上,以提高信息利用率、实现信息的通用共享为目标,探讨了矿井监控系统软件的设计原则。为适应不同规模矿井的管理需求,提出了在保证系统基本功能的基础上采用组件技术灵活构建矿井监控系统软件的设想,允许用户根据自己的需求定制组件,从而构成适合自己的监控系统软件,并归纳了矿井监控系统软件应具有的基本功能和备选功能,也为矿井监控系统软件的设计提供了参考。This article discusses the design principles of coal mine monitoring and control system to improve both the utility ratio and the general sharing of information by taking the existed problems of coal mine monitoring system into consideration with the solid under- standing of the coal mine monitoring and control system software technical requirements. A scheme which adopts the component technol- ogy to build coal mine monitoring and control system software flexibly has been proposed to adjust the management requirements of coal mine in different scales. The scheme ensures the basic functionality of the system, and allows the user to customize components accord- ing to their requirements in order to constituting the monitoring system software of their own. This article summarizes the basic and op- tional utilities of the coal mine monitoring system software, and it acts as guidelines for designing the coal mine monitoring system soft-
