苦参素空间稳定脂质体的包封率测定和体外释放度考察

摘　　要：目的:测定苦参素空间稳定脂质体(Kushenin-SSL)的包封率,并考察其体外释放规律。方法:采用乙醇注入法制备Kushenin-SSL,用葡聚糖凝胶G-50柱分离Kushenin-SSL和游离苦参素,HPLC测定包封率。按《中国药典》2010年版溶出度第2法考察Kushenin-SSL的体外释放规律。结果:Kushenin-SSL平均包封率83.57%,Kushenin-SSL体外释放曲线符合Higuchi方程。结论:Kushenin-SSL的包封率符合《中国药典》要求,其具有良好的体外缓释作用。Objective： To determine encapsulation efficiency of kushenin sterically stabilized liposomes （Kushenin-SSL）, and investigate its in vitro release law. Method： Kushenin-SSL was prepared by ethanol injection method, Kushenin-SSL and free kushenin were separated by Sephadex G-50 column, encapsulation efficiency was determined by HPLC. In vitro release law of Kushenin-SSL was investigated by the second method of dissolution in the ＇Chinese Pharmacopoeia＇ （2010 edition）. Result： Average encapsulation efficiency of Kushenin-SSL was 83.57%, in vitro release curve of Kushenin-SSL conformed Higuchi equation. Conclusion： Encapsulation efficiency of Kushenin-SSL met requirements of the ＇Chinese Pharmacopoeia＇ （2010 edition） , and it had good in vitro release effect.
