摘 要:目的:比较安徽、江西、湖南3个产地的石菖蒲中挥发油的含量差异,并优选挥发油的β-CD包合工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取3种产地的石菖蒲中挥发油,并比较不同时间的挥发油提取量。以挥发油包合率为指标,采用正交试验优选石菖蒲挥发油的饱和水溶液、超声和密封控温的包合工艺,确定最佳包合方法及工艺。结果:江西、安徽、湖南3个产地石菖蒲的挥发油提取率分别为1.15%,1.39%,1.65%。饱和水溶液法、超声法及密封控温技术的β-CD包合率分别为83%,61%,56%。最佳包合方法为β-CD饱和水溶液法,其最佳包合工艺为挥发油-β-CD-水1∶8∶60,于50℃搅拌2 h。结论:湖南产的石菖蒲中挥发油含量最高。优选的包合工艺合理、经济且包合率高。Objective: To compare the content of volatile oil from Acorus tatarinowii in three areas of Anhui, Jiangxi, Hu' nan, and optimize β-CD different inclusion technology of volatile oil. Method : Volatile oil from A. tatarinowii was extracted by steam distillation method, and extraction volume of volatile oil in different time was compared. Taking inclusion rate of volatile oil as index, orthogona! test was used to optimize inclusion technology of saturated aqueous solution, ultrasound and sealing temperature control methods, then to determine optimum β-CD inclusion method and technology. Result: Yield of volatile oil from A. tatarinowii in Jiangxi, Anhui, Hu' nan were 1.15%, 1.39%, 1.65%, respectively, β-CD inclusion rate of saturated aqueous solution method, ultrasonic method and sealing temperature control technology were 83%, 61%, 56%, respectively. Optimum inclusion method was saturated aqueous solution method, its optimal inclusion technology was as following: volatile oil-β-CD-water 1: 8: 60, stirred 2 h at 50 ℃. Conclusion: Content of volatile oil from A. tatarinowii in Hu' nan was the highest in these three areas. Optimized inclusion technology was reasonable and economic with high inclusion rate.
