摘  要:目的:优选丹参中脂溶性和水溶性成分的提取工艺。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA含量为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、加醇量、提取时间及次数对丹参中脂溶性成分提取工艺的影响;以丹酚酸B的含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察加水量、提取时间及次数对丹参中水溶性成分提取工艺的影响。结果:脂溶性成分最佳提取工艺为加8倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次30 min;水溶性成分最佳提取工艺为加5倍量水提取3次,每次30 min。结论:优选的提取工艺操作简单、稳定可行,适合于工业生产,具有良好的应用前景。Objective: To optimize extraction technology of liposoluble and water soluble ingredients from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Method: With the content of tanshinone l/A as index, effect of ethanol concentration, the amount of ethanol, extraction time and frequency on extraction technology of liposoluble ingredients from S. miltiorrhiza by single factor test and orthogonal test; With the content of salvianolic acid B as index, influence of water amount, extraction time and times on water-soluble ingredients from S. miltiorrhiza by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Result: Optimal extraction technology of liposoluble ingredients was as following: extracted 3 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol, 30 rain each time ; Optimum extraction technology of water-soluble constituents from S. miltiorrhiza was as following: extracted 3 times with 5 times the amount of water, 30 min each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was simple, stable and feasible, it was suitable for industrial production with a good prospect.
